Can I make a custom request?

Yes. We love to take custom orders. Please select the custom order section of the website and input your information. If you have a specific idea in mind please contact us directly.

Can I order political items?

Here at The Cranky Leprechaun we are proud supporters of the LGBTQ2A+ community and the BLM. We will not make any product that goes against those beliefs. 

*we do not make products that support Donald Trump, are pro-life or any products that are deemed to be offensive, discriminatory, hate speech, racial slurs, and/or otherwise do not line up with the morals and beliefs of the creator* 

Why is my price different than my last order?

Pricing will frequently fluctuate with the cost of materials used and the custom elements of a design selected. The more complex the design, the more expensive it becomes.

Do you offer discounts?

Any and all discounts are left to the sole discretion of The Cranky Leprechaun. Previous discounts do not apply on future orders. If you have a question about discount pricing please contact us directly.

Can I provide my own tumbler? 

For quality control reasons we do not accept outside products.

Can I exchange my free gift?

No. Free gifts are given to all orders over $50. The gift selected will be left to the discretion of The Cranky Leprechaun and based on currently available items.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Through the website there is no option to cancel your order once it is please. If you have any questions regarding your order place contact us directly.

I dropped my tumbler and it cracked/broke/chipped?

If you damage your tumbler please contact us directly for assessment. Not all damage can be repaired. There is a fee for repairs and/or replacements.

What is your return policy?

We currently do not accept any returns on customized orders. In the event you receive a product with a blatant error on our part we will replace the item for you. 

*all items are handmade, and as such may have minor imperfections. We do not offer any returns or refunds for minor imperfections. 

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. We offer digital gift cards from $25 up to $1000. Please contact us directly for gift card options.

What are the payment options?

We accept payment through our website and e transfer. Please contact us directly before selecting e transfer as a payment.

How long will my order take?

Turn around time can vary between 2 weeks and up to 8 weeks for custom orders. During peak seasons such as Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas please note that there is a limited amount of custom orders available and turn around time during these seasons is approx 4-6 weeks. 

If you need an order rushed (MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS) there is a $15 rush fee per item. 

Ready to sell items/ pre made items will be available for pick up within 2 business days of placing your order. 

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. We ship products globally. Please select applicable shipping at checkout. 

*WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES. There is NO REFUNDS for items that did not arrive in time.* 

*If insured/tracked postage is not selected upon checkout, your package ill not be sent via tracked/insured postage*
